New Vive Trackers? Does anyone know?

The only time I have seen anything about there being more than one HTC Vive Tracker is on Tactical Haptics website there is a mention of:

Our current haptic game controller prototype is compatible with several tracking systems such as the HTC Vive Tracker, SteamVR Tracker, or Oculus Touch

Are there going to be a new version of the Vive Trackers coming out when the Vive Pro fully releases? If anyone has any information relating to the Vive Trackers please feel free to give us your input.
